Incremental handover


Hiro was a person in charge of the financial system for many years, but he was ordered the overseas post and his successor was Kei.

Since this pattern needs enough time, you need to make enough time by using Timing of appointment or Intentionfor responsible handover.
On the other hand, if you decided to use this pattern without enough time, you have to be prepared to follow through the Extra-ining for completion of the handover.
