備考：蒲原鉄道の開業時に準備された車両であるデ11型13の機器に、東京電気工業が製造した車体を組み合わせて作られた車両（1952年製　なおデ13にはモハ1の機器を転用し、モハ51に）。先に改造名義で竣工したモハ31と同じ車体を持つが、モハ41は1963年に西武建設所沢車輛工場（後の西武鉄道所沢車両工場）で車体延長工事と三扉化を実施。1978年にワンマン運転対応改造を行い、1999年の廃線まで運用。</p>
