<p>
1935年日立製作所製。松山区に新製配備され、翌44年に備後十日市（当時の名前、後に三次）区、1948年に津山区と異動。1963年にお召し列車本務機に抜擢（C11
86と重連、岡山国体列席のための運転）、1971年には津山線SLサヨナラ列車牽引。その後会津若松区に異動となり1974年には日中線サヨナラSL列車牽引に充当。1975年に廃車となり津山へ。</p>
