元々は戦時中に製造されたトキ900形無蓋車を1951年に改造したヨ3500形3722。（松任工場改造）制限速度を75km/Hから85km/Hに向上するために走り装置の改造を施し、ヨ5000形（13500番台）13712に。</p>
