肥大化した繁華街と、その裏に押し込められたスラム街

巨大な帝国城塞、その麓に拡がる城下町。増える人口、発展する経済。建物の上に建物を建て、線路を引いて。歪な建て増し工事を繰り返しながら、街は上へ上へと伸びていく。路面電車、ネオン看板、巨大鳥居…賑やかで華やかな参番街。壊れかけの基盤、錆びた部品、切れかけの電灯…発展の代償を背負った、名前のない街・欠番街。

Bustling urban downtown and winding slums, two sides to the same coin

A city that formed around an imperial citadel as a result of rapid economic growth, causing chaotic building layouts.
[Sanban Boulevard], a bustling downtown area with buildings stacked atop other structures forming a unique vertical layout filled with overhead railways, neon signs and large torii gates marking the nightscape.
The underside of the wealth that runs through Kowloon Empire. Damaged foundations, rusted parts, shattered streetlights. The consequences of rapid development, [Ketsuban Alley] is where the nameless fade to obscurity.
